What should I do???

Long story, I used to hang out with this boy when I was about 6 till he moved. We met back up in high school but never really friends just like "hey how are you?" and stuff.

So four years later he moves back around and showed up at my work telling me how he lives down the street and we should hang out. I never gave him my number because I thought it was just small talk. So I see him a few more time and we do the small talk, he ask where I've been since he hadn't seen me at work.

Then he asked "So when are we gonna hang out?" I smiled but now I'm not sure if he really wants to hang out. So I see him about a week later and ask him if he's busy that night. He says no. I told him how I was going to a local club if he wanted to go he said yea before I even finished.

Said I'd have to give him my number which I did, I told him what time I was leaving he said ok. He never called me or showed up at the club was I wrong to think he wanted to hang out was I to pushy? totally confused!! help me!

Sounds like mixed signals to me. It doesn't sound like you are being pushy. Just play it cool for a couple of days then tell him he should have gone it was so fun. It make you not look desperate or pushy, but he can tell you why he didn't make it.

He could have gotten busy that night. Or flaked for something else.

Do you want this to be something more then small talks, friends or dating or otherwise?

Maybe he wanted to hang out with you. Not you, and your friends, in a nosy club.

If you do want to see him, and catch up or something, call him, or text and see if he wants to go get coffee or something after work.
