Where to meet people

I am recently divorced after 33 years of marriage. I am 52 years old. I would like to know where would be a good place to meet new people. Please dont say bars.

I'm assuming you are talking about people to date.

You could try online. http://www.match.com and http://www.eHarmony.com those could be good just to get talking with other women.

Past that, what kind of women do you want to meet? figure out what she would like and not like and all that. then figure out where a woman like that would hang out and be, and start hanging out there.

You might try going to places where men hang out. There's a lot of single men out there.
1. Hardware stores / Home depot. Lots of guys in there wanting to help out.
2. Sporting Events or the gym, sporting events at high schools are great.
3. Get a job with a fortune 500 or Technology company.
4. Cigar Bars.
5. Bookstores with coffee shops in them.
