Algebra homework help with this equation

Please show me the steps to simplify this and the correct way to do it. Thanks.

-2 - 3(-3x + 4) + 2 + 5(2m - 6 + 3m - 4) + 8(-2x + 4m)

This problem should be worked as parenthesis first, exponents next, mutliplication, division, addition,and last of all subraction.
