Big bang theory

I could buy into that theroy but i'm just a little confused about where time fits into the universe. For instance did time begin with the universe or did time already exisit? So is time expanding with the universe?Or is the universe expanding into time? For example if you jumped ahead of the expanding universe by ten light years, would you be jumping into to time?Or does time follow the universe?

You could possibly be jumping into a different universe, one of an infiinte number.

So is time chasing space or is space chasing time as the universe expands? Could it be possible to use time as a conduit to another universe?

Isn't time really a constuct of man's awareness of what he observes around him? That said, from what I've read, the theory is that every instant/action creates a number of different universes. For instance there's a string of universes started after I typed QQQ and now there would be another string started after typing QQR. In the string of universes where I typed QQQ, there would be string started after I typed XXX there as well as XXY.

Now as for time being a conduit to those universes, it's entirely possible. In fact, you could go back to before I typed QQQ and follow a different route than the one that led to XXX.

Hope that clears things up......

Let's assume for a moment the universe exsists and man does not. Would the universe then be on it's own time or awareness of how long it takes to expand from one volume to the next?

That's hard to answer because my perception of the universe and time is the same as yours. I would imagine that this particular universe or string of universes would continue to expand along the current time scale. However, I've always wonder "what" does the universe expand into?

Then my mind bogs down because I just don't have the computing power internally to process.
