Adding more enzyme may increase the overall rate of protein metabolism by enabling more protein to be digested per unit of time. This will be true if the enzyme is not already in excess. Similarly, adding more protein will increase the reaction rate, unless the enzyme concentration is already saturated. Changing the light level may or may not have any effect, probably none unless you are shining high energy light on the reaction (UV). Generally the more light the more likely there will be a decreased rate of reaction. Finally, the correct answer to your question, changing the temperature away from the most suitable for this enzyme will degrade its reaction rate (and maybe the enzyme too).
Why did you ask this question? Are you just wasting your time? Or everyones? Do you think you are smart or dumb? Do you live by yourself in a tiny, dirty, dark room with only a computer for companionship?
