I agree with techie. If I wanted my kids to learn about "god" in school I would send him to a church ran school. I also think they should limit evolution teaching out of repect to christian kids in the school. It is a part of science, but should not be pushed on kids who's family doesn't believe in evolution. Maybe our country should take a huge step back in our progress and start seperating kids by religion. Instead by race, why don't we put Christian kids with Christian kids, Jews with Jews, Athiests with Athiests, Buddist with Buddist, Pagen with Pagen, etc.... Since we all can't get along lets divide... (...this is called sarcasm - so nobody gets offended)...

Teaching "creationism" in school would cause alot of problems. Everyone has their own beliefs. And, in a sense it would be cramming beliefs down kids throats that they don't believe in. As a parent, I wouldn't let my child take part in a class like that. This is why we go to Church.
I think that separating children by religion would be a fantastic idea. It's true that all religions don't get along, so it would be better if they were divided and would solve alot of conflict. I know as a Christian, I was raised to only be friends with Christians. I think that were already divided, the lines just invisible. We like to stear clear of people who don't follow the same religion as us.
