What Size

What size and speed gearbox do i need to run a generator at 3800 rpm.I plan to run a generator from a gearbox on a pumpjack via belts and pulleys.I was thinging of using a titan gearbox from a pumpjack because of their efficiency and less friction than most pumpjacks
