Which science class should I take?

I have to take a science credit for my general ed. I want to be a English teacher, so I'm not sure which one will be more practical - Chemistry or Physics?

Why not meteorology or geology. In teaching English, so much literature is a product of the environment where it is written. Also, astronomy - helps with the mythology.

Doesn't really matter. Whatever is easiest for you to do. Doing physics would require more math, chemistry has alot of math too. Things like basic biology could be easier since there is no math involved.

I'm guessing that since you want to be a English teacher, math isn't your best subject either.

Considering the two choices you presented, I vote for Physics. Chemistry involves an inordinate amount of math and can be quite boring. Physics encompasses a much broader area of study and you will probably enjoy that more than Chemistry.
