First off, robby75 posted a question about having a felony warrant in Nevada for theft of $900.

If you live in a right to work state they do not have to provide you with an excuse to fire you. These states are Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennesee, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming. Although you may still have a case, and should call an attorney who provides a free consultation to see what they think. especially if you have witnesses, and if it is causing you trouble getting another job. Good luck, Susu
