Can I sue the furniture store for not living up to their end of the agreement ?

On Sept 5 I gave Bacons furniture store $3000 deposit on a living room grouping I worked with their designer and ordered a sofa 2 club chairs w matching ottoman and a leather recliner i bought a new area rug to coordinate with the furniture It was supposed to be delivered in 4-8 weeks The recliner came first, it was badly damaged and they finally agreed to take it back the sofa came a week before Thanksgiving On Dec 11 they called to say that they didn't order enough mateeial for the chairs and I could cancel if I chose to. I was upset that they lied about the delivery time and I was stressed because I was not able to entertain for the holidays. I asked them to take back the sofa with pillows matching the chairs but they refused All this group was purchased to coordinate with each piece

I don't think it would be worth your time to sue, they are trying to make amends, even though they sound clueless. What have they told you about replacing the recliner?
