Well, sad to say you may be stuck with this mattress if their policy really is all sales are final. If they won't refund your money though they do need to give you the mattress. If I were you, I would take it and sell it on ebay or craigslist.com just be sure to keep all of the original plastic wrapping on it.

Changed My Mind!
I purchased a mattress and boxspring from one store, found the same one cheaper, cancelled one-they did not deliver yet. Purchased the cheaper. The original store will not return my deposit. Said all sales are final-but did not take delivery? What are my options if any?
