unless you have an agreement, or if there was some not so obvious agreement then you checked when you signed up for a service that is an automatic monthly charge.

Oh and just in case this is from an internet company, lets say for friendfinder or other sites that charge a fee. sometimes they have an option that is turned on to automatically resubscribe after your subscription runs out. Check and make sure that option is turned off.

And alot of the ringtone sites out there there is a hidden clause that says something like

if you accept this free ringtone, you are subscribing to the monthly $9.95 a month plan for this ringtone subscription.
