You're the same person who lost their job for stealing tic tacks you claim to have paid for. Are you serious? I think you need to turn yourself in and let the consequence fall where they may. You need to get your priorities in order, and not run from your mistake. Maybe the judge will have mercy on you, but you should own up to any crimes you've committed and take what comes, then get your life back on track. Best of luck to you. Susu

Oh excuse me, you answered the question about the tic tacks, in which case that person needs to see if they are in a right to work state or not to determine whether the do or do not have a case. If they have proof that they paid for the tic tacks they may have a case. Still best of luck to you, and do the right thing. Also, try to make restitution to whomever you stole the money from.
