Internet purchase

I bought a trial of acai berry cleanse, the next month they billed my credit card $88.97 when i contacted them they said i did not cancel my acct within 14 days and i was signed up for the continuity program they sent a site
it was not they same as the trial offer that i was on i asked for a refund but they did not offer me my money back the product label shows no manufacturer or compamy name they only telephone number is for customer service and they only handle sales and cancels.Theyhave the ingredient list in little print acai comes in at the very bottom. What can i do to get a refund
