Laws on grocery store reward certificates which require you to purchase a fixed dollars amount to receive
Ralphs pet club requires you to have a club card, purchase $100.00 in pet items to receive a $9.00 certificate good off your next $9.00 pet purchase. Once you have met both requirements the company does not give you $9.00 off. Do they have a legal obligation in the contract they have created with you?
