It's not the size of the gift, its the thought and work behind it. You can make your money go a lot farther if you go to a craft store (Hobby Lobby or Michaels) get some stuff and make things for them. If they are your siblings, they probably know you don't have a huge budget. The easiest thing to make is get some plain wooden frames, paint some designs or put some inside jokes on the frame and protect it with a seal.

Go to a craft store like micheals. You can spend 100 dollars on supplies and make some neat stuff. Family typically loves homemade gifts from the heart.
you could get clear or irredescent xmas bulbs and paint them for each individual person. Or buy a candle making set and give out candles to people you made yourself.
but if you aren't the crafty type dvd's are good choice. Look for quality movies. sometimes you can find bargains like 10 dollar movies. but even if you spend 20 bucks a dvd thats 100 bucks minus tax for 5 people.
btw if you didn't know people don't take kindly to all capslocked text. In internet speak it means that you are yelling and it makes you come off angry.
