Rising US debt is a concern. However, to take away some spending stimulus too soon is also a concern. I would like to see more spending in technology and a cutback in military spending. How many times larger than the world's armies do we need unless we are opting for complete world control?

There are many in our nation, notably the neocons and Sarah Palin, who have indicated a desire for world control. This empire building is criminal behavior, and we should stop. Plus it is an entering into massive debt for the benefit of a few big oil men.
