How do I get my psych records if my psychologist has passed away?

I am about to be involved in a sexual assault case and am trying to find out how to get my records from her although she passed away and has no business associates or office staff. I don't know where to go or who to call. Can anyone point me in some direction to attempt to find this info?

I would call an attorney. My guess is that her estate, once she passed, went to someone and they would have the records unless they were tossed. Your best bet is to get moving on it quickly.
