Why are Christians so stupid?

Christians are'nt stupid just people. Take a look at Islamic extremists or better yet look at Democrats and Republicans. It's the people not the religion or beliefs.

First i always been a atheist (i'm still are) and my judgment maybe biased. I strongly believe there is no god and i don't believe in any religion or afterlife. Emotionally i wish there is one, there will be so comforting to know that someone didn't create this rock with human on it for nothing and my pain have some sort of sense. But i just can't fool myself into thinking there is one god. It may not be the answer to your question, but there are some of study and some of my idea.

Beliefs can hold a lot of emotional energy and be the beggining of a productive-less debate, i will try to hold it on facts.

There a lot of study that show the higher IQ (Intellectual Quotient) the lower the faith, the lower IQ strongly believe in god in a religion or another. I think it's safe to tell that religion people are less intelligent than people who are atheist. There are lot of study of this you can make a quick google search to find them.

Another interesting facts is the income versus the religion, study have show that people who strongly believe in religion and attend a lot of religious ceremony have less incomes than people who don't. Religious people seem to be less educated than atheist with high IQ, it may be a side effect, maybe not. Lot of study also show than people with high emotional intelligence have more income than people with high intellectual quotient.

And more importantly study show a relation happiness versus religion, people who believe in a religion with a high attendance are more happy than people who don't.

So people who believe in religion in general tend to have lower IQ, have less income and are more happy than people who don't believe in god or in a religion. the atheist.

I have fail to find study that show relation between EI (emotional intelligence) and religion and would be happy to find some. Study show that people with high IQ aren't the happier, don't have more wealth, EI is the major factor in someone live. People who have high emotional intelligence are usually leader, tend to be more boss than employee, have large social group around them, have high income and are lot happier. I wish to see some study about emotional intelligence and religion.

The more i advance in my life, the more i believe than IQ is worth nothing, human are still animal with primitive emotion. High IQ don't bring income or happiness home.

Religious people seem to have found a way to deal with these emotion, even if isn't a smart move in the intellectual quotient sense of it, they seem to have high emotional intelligence gained from a large social group, strong personal and group identity and strong belief. It make them happy.

I can continue on this subject for a long time but i think i made my point. People with high intellectual quotient think with their brain only and seem to forgot that they still are animal with strong instinct and emotion. That make them poor and unhappy. People with high emotional intelligence think with there emotion and full body, taking into account who they are, emotional life form, they have have large social group and are happier. I think religious people are people with more emotional intelligence than atheist.

You can make fun of us all you want but the reason we try to push our belief is because we want to save you from hell it was created for the devil not men but it is the consequence of dying without being born again. It really doesn't bother me if you laugh at me or mock my beliefs but I want to try to make every effort I can to wittness to those non believers I'm not saying i'm better than you for all men are created equal.

You don't believe me now but mark my words in the near future the bible says millions of people will disapear all the christians right off earth when this happens I challenge you to open your bible

Christians are stupid, at least the one's that wilfully embrace ignorance, the proof for evolution has long been at the point of over kill, there simply is no doubt whatsoever about the reality of biological evolution, read FACT. The fact that there still is a struggle in America, a debate over the validity of evolution is testimony to the stupidity of the American population--------Stupid is as stupid does America, its like a box of chocolates isn't it, you people have been marrying your cousins for to long.

Since America began to reject God by taking prayer out of school and the bible out of school and the ten commandments out and everything that involves Jesus "offends" someone America has been going downhill our founding fathers founded this country on the true rock Jesus our dummy government is now trying to take matters into their own hands and out of God's that is whats wrong with America and from the looks of it we aren't going to get better anytime soon

Perhaps the reason christians dont , have as much money is because they arent materialistic.

they dont worship the almighty dollar
