Am I going to be able to save the house of my brother and his family?

My brother lost his house in foreclosure. I am trying to buy it back, am I going to be successful and will be able to buy it back from the bank?

Unless you can pay cash, you won't be able to buy back the house. If the house was foreclosed, you will be competing against other bidders for it. Even if you could make the winning bid, you won't be able to get a mortgage loan from a bank because your credit score is not high enough.

There is no bitter right now and I am trying to get hold of bank before any other bitters. It is forclosed. I have good credit score but not income prove... therefore I would like to get to the bank before it comes back to the market. I am scared..
