Do you think you are meant to meet the people that you meet in life?

I think people enter your life for a reason. Some may stay and make an imprint on your life. Others go after a very short time, depending on the circumstances of your life.

I feel God is powerful and when you need someone in your life because of a challenge you are facing he does send someone to help you face that challenge.

On a personal level I met my husband 22 years ago in a dance club. He asked me for my phone number and I blurted it out rapidly, thinking no way would I ever hear from him. I did 2 days later. How on earth did he hear my phone number and remember it all night and above all the loud music. That was God. That was fate.

I'm mixed on this, while I think there are several people who would be perfect for you, each individually I think that timing, and phase of life is part of the equation.

When people talk about fate bringing them together I think it's an equation of things.

So while there make be 15 people out there in the world that could be the one.

The One is special because that person fits the equation.

Chemistry + Physical Attraction + good matched Personality + Timing + phase of life + emotional connection + mental connections + love ability = The One.

"There are no coincidences in life. Everything happens for a reason." is something I totally agree with, I firmly believe that all people come into our lives for some reason, some just temporarily to teach us something or learn something. I also believe in reincarnation, and that we draw souls that we have spent time with in other lives to ourselves again.

That line is probably the closest single line I have to describe what I feel to be true about spirituality and why we are here.

I do believe in destiny. I believe in a master plan and I think the people in your life come into your life at a specific time of your life for a reason.

Of course we have free will so it's not like we are pawns, because we are making decisions along the way.

It's like a movie that has already been recorded but we haven't seen it yet. There are events and choices we make, but the ending is already known, even though we don't know it yet.

So we can't change the destiny or what our ending is? All of life is already planned to happen and there is nothing you can do to influence it?

Defaintly. Ive been raised baptist, and through it ive realized alot of what lifes about.

One of my favorite quotes to live by is, "Everything happens for a reason." and i strongly believe this. It helps me get through tough times. And also, i think it answers this question. Everything happens for a reason...so yes, you dont meet the people in your life by accident.

The people in your life are there for vrey special reason, therefore people who are in This your life have their limits or trust.This is one of the many wonders of life some people are there for days,months,and etc.

Yes everything happens for a reason, i didint believe that until i met kevin, now i believe we are meant to meet the people we meet, even if it is as simple as a 5 minute encounter that brightens ur day that person was meant to be there at that particular moment
