Well even demons believe in God Mark 5: 7-13 says 7) And cried with a loud voice, and said, What have I to do with thee, Jesus, thou Son of the most high God? I adjure thee by God, that thou torment me not. 8) For he said unto him, Come out of the man, thou unclean spirit. 9) And he asked him, What is thy name? And he answered, saying, My name is Legion: for we are many. 10) And he besought him much that he would not send them away out of the country. 11) Now there was there nigh unto the mountains a great herd of swine feeding. 12) And all the devils besought him, saying, Send us into the swine, that we may enter into them. 13) And forthwith Jesus gave them leave. And the unclean spirits went out, and entered into the swine: and the herd ran violently down a steep place into the sea, (they were about two thousand;) and were choked in the sea. But the question is what about Christ? If you believe that the Bible is the true word of God, then astrology is contradicted. Seeking help from the astrology page means that you do not have faith in God to do what is best for you. Here are some of the things the Bible has to say about astrology, Is.47:13-14 says: "Let now the astrologers, the stargazers, the monthly prognosticators, stand up, and save thee from these things that shall come upon thee. Behold, they shall be as stubble; the fire shall burn them; they shall not deliver themselves from the power of the flame: there shall not be a coal to warm at, nor fire to sit before it." Duet.18:10-12 states: "There shall not be found among you any ... that useth divination, or an observer of times.... For all that do these things are an abomination unto the LORD." As far as the supernatural, what the disciples did was considered supernatural, and even demons have supernatural powers. If you are trying to use magic or other means to influence the course of your life, then you again are not trusting in the Lord to take care of your needs. There is not a Christian religion that embraces what you believe, as for othre religions, I would think mysticism would be the closest thing. I hope and pray that you will seek wise counsel on this, as any practicing of divination (the attempt of ascertaining information by interpretation of omens or an alleged supernatural agency, such as horoscopes or tarot cards) is an abomination to the Lord. If for no other reason, try to get this right in your mind for your childrens sake as you are responsible for training them up right. Satan will try to fool you and make you think this is harmless, it is not. If you have any other questons, feel free to ask. I will be praying for you. God bless, Susu

Why should you categorize yourself with a religious "label?" Be who you are, try to be a "good" person and call yourself a "well-adjusted" realist. That's not a religion, but watch out for religion. Once you label yourself as belonging to one or another of the religious sects you'll probably have to go to war on behalf of your label.

If you read any of ldsch's other posts you will see that he always has something negative to say about people who believe in God. It is true that you can make your own mind up on how you believe, but when the day comes for Judgement, just where do you want to be on the issue is the main question. Good luck in your search for answers. Susu

Why do you have to label what you believe? Your faith is something very personal. It doesn't have to be labeled. As a person do you label yourself a specific way? Once you place a label on yourself or others you limit your ability to experience life fully and learn something new.

Why do you have to label your belief system? Be happy you have faith and spirituality and enjoy it. Once we label ourselves we limit the heights of learning that we might experience in our faith.

This best answered my question because, all the qoutes from the bible and all the "christian" opinions do not tell me anything i didn't alresdy know. Or, try to pressure you in to believeing "their" way. pressure ussually only pushes people away, it does not bring them closer to your believes. For the record, i am well aware of what the Bible states. I know it well !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tweeter, Iwas taught as a young girl do not add to it or take anytinhg away. Be careful about astrology. I am in the world but not of the world. What i am saying is at the age of 22 i was a born again christain. But I was not knowlegible of what i was doing with the astrology and what that did was open the door for darkness to come in. Now I am not joking, study and find approval for yourself . I was having things happen to me that could not be explain, you see the devil is a deciever do not get confused. In 2001 they came out of me. You can walk in darkness and in light.
