What excatly might I be experiencing?

Since I was younger I've always had these strange dreams they werent a everyday thing but they would happen a couple times a month. Basically the things that happened in my dreams would happen to in real life. The one dream I will always remember is the one I had the night my grandfather died I had actually dreamt of his death, and when I woke up he was gone. Its been a few years since that happened but ever since then I get these strange feelings like Im no longer protected. I think its because the same things would happen for my grandpa and he was always there to help me and keep me safe. BUt since his death I see things and Im not one to believe in evil spirts but sometimes when I go to his old house i get the chills and i sometimes feel like something is watching me in the dark.

What you are experiencing is called precognative dreaming. Go to the library or book store and look up books on that topic. I think it will help you out a great deal.

Every one has a pysic. It just depends on how well you develop it. You may be a very strong phsycic(cant spell sorry) this is really strange for someone that doesnt develop it. I know that when i was younger i had those dreams too. But when we are young we arent as critical so our minds are free to let it run loose. But thats really cool for you. As for the chills this could be a ghost (if you believe in that kind of thing) passing through or next to you. Or it could just be paranoia.
