Atomic Boots Broken after one season; Now what ?

I bought Atomic M 90 Women's boots in 2007.
After one season,
the heaters do not work and the hard plastic in the left boot tongue broke on both sides.
The store I bought them from said to buy new boots. Doesn't Atomic stand behind their equipment ?
If Atomic does, where do I send them to be replaced ? How long does it take ? Is there a fee ? Thanx...
