I don't think that the Redskins will be able to pull another win this Sunday against the Cowboys.
In the running game, the Redskins are without Portis again. Betts has shown himself to be a great running back in his place, but I don't think it will be enough. The Redskins passing game is pretty awful. Campbell is not a very good quarterback and their receivers aren't that great either. The Redskins actually have a decent pass defense, but it will not be enough to contain Tony Romo. And the Redskins will also lose out on trying to stop the run, Barber will probably have a pretty good day.
The bottom line is that the Cowboys have a 6-4 record and have beaten some pretty good teams to get there. The Redskins are 3-7 and have lost to Detroit. That alone is enough to convince me.
