How do I install the clutch bolt
My e-z gol golf cart is gasoline and makes a cruntching grinding noise when driven, how do I get to where the bolt is and fix it the bolt seems to be encased and is there any way to get to the bolt either repair it or replace it. This is very annoying to the other golfers on the course and it is very embarressing to me.
