I need financial help for my 2 dogs that are cough alot after they got their shots

On Aug 16 both of my dogs got their package shots of 5. After they got it they both started to have Dry Cough and still have. They both eat without any problems and drink a lot of water. They play and ect. Both are 11 years old

I was laid off my job on May. Live on welfare. Please help me.
