Softball season down the drain

I hurt my leg in september and its along way from softball season but i have to play and if i can i will die i dont know what to do till april cause im scared???

Talk to your doctor (orthopedic if you have one) about what you can start doing now to have your leg ready to play by april. He may give you some exercises to do, or send you to physical therepy. Good Luck.

Depends on how bad you hurt it. If it is really bad, the best thing you can do is wait it out. Let it heal and come back when you are 100%. Coming back to soon, and reinjuring it or making it worse will just prolong things for a long time, more then necessary..

And yes, talk with your doc and the physical therapist if you have one.

I agree with Sid - it's better to wait until it's healed or you may you could cause a perminant injury.
