Title 9

We have opted out of the local park and rec girls softball and become parent run. They city is refusing to offer the girls a place to play now. They are still going to offer girls softball but if they don't have enough to play they won't offer the program. Is there a way that they have to allow us a place to play? How can we help them get away from the Title 9. If we offer softball and let the rec sponsor us, will that make the city compliant?
