1099 question

I have not filed 2005,2006,2007 taxes yet. I am self employed. I am not sure if I have all of my 1099's for those years. I do not want to file and not claim all money I recevied. Does the IRS have copies of 1099's that companys filed against me, and if they do can I get copies of them?
