Can you roll over my 401K to a Roth IRA?

I have several 401Ks that I would like to combine into my Roth IRA, Can I do this with out penility?

Yes, but you will have to pay taxes on the 401K money due to the different tax structure between a 401K and a Roth. Pre-tax money goes into a 401K and post-tax into a Roth, so if you move money from the one into the other, you owe taxes on it.
