Are there federal estate taxes on a Revocable living trust

I am the successor trustee for my aunt's trust. she died leaving an estate of around $360,000. Will there be federal estate tax?

Usually a revocable living trust does not have an effect federal estate tax obligations (although it may reduce or eliminate probate).

The exemption for federal estate tax has been $2 million for the years 2006 through 2008. So, assuming her total estate is less then $2 million, there should be no estate taxes.
