Bartender tips

I make $6.00 an hour as a bartender how much of the cash tips do I have to claim?

100% of your tips should be claimed as tips.

You should claim about 10% or 11% of your gross sales as tips.

Well, TECHNICALLY you should claim them all, but you really only need to claim the difference between your hourly and minimum wage. Most people claim 11% as pt said.
