Can I claim my Chinese wife,

My wife is here from China on with a K-3 visa, I did not claim her since she was not here with me last year. Can I claim her now that she lives with me in USA? She has no SS# waiting on permit to work card, so she can apply for one since last August. How do I claim her without a SS# , is there a special form?

You wont be able to claim her until she has her ssn. You can file for an extention to see if you can get it before then.
