No you could not claim her unless you will legally married
No you cant claim them . as far as i no they have to be your relative and be a legal citizian of the usa. sorry

There's two requirements that may make him ineligible. The first is the amount of income from his art-time job. It can't be more than $3650 for 2010. Also, he would need to be a citizen or legal resident of USA, Mexico, or Canada.
Unless you are married this is not possible. However when you get married things will financially change so be ready some things will go to your benefit others will not.
An added note: You can claim a boyfriend if your relationship satisfies the qualifying relative tests. Many people believe that they have to be married to qualify. That is not true.

The truth: It is easier to claim someone when your married and you won't have problems like local laws blocking your tax claim. The tax laws are so complicated even the commissioner of the IRS had to hire a tax consultant to handle his taxes.
