Can we claim our handicapped son?

He is 46 and has ceberal palsy and cannot work. We have always taken care of him and want to know if we can claim him on our income tax.

Didn't you already file taxes for this year.

I think that is a case where you might be able to claim him because he is disabled and unable to take care of himself.
