Error 0510

I completed my return last week and after e-filing, it was rejected with an error message of 0510, stating that there was a problem with the SSN's. I checked and rechecked and found no problems. It also stated that maybe someone else has used the SSNs on another return. No one else had the right or authority to do this and if they did, they are in error, but if that is the case, why is it effecting my return?
