If i am paying more than 50% for child support why i can not file the kids on my taxes since the cp gets tanf

I tied so many time to file the kids on my taxes the cp gets tanf and they let someelse file them on their taxes. how can i stop this its bee going on since 95 i have not seen a fedaral tax check and been working like a slave to live

Do your kids live with you more then 50% of the time? if they don't then you can claim them on your taxes.
