Someone claimed my son as dependant.

Someone claimed my son as dependant. the IRS gave them the refund already because they filled their taxes first. of course we don't know who is. but they used his SSN. we don't know what to do. I haven't give his ssn to any body and don't have any family living in the states. we are all citizens.
I'm also worried about identity thef.
