My question pertains to the 300 back per child. Is this determined by the particular child being claimed as a deduction by a head of household. Or does this mean the place in which the child resided..like for example...I used did EIC on my one child...her father whom she does not live with used her as a tax deduction for this year. Who will get the 300$?
