Direct Deposit

I have direct deposit and my last four of SSN is 72. Over a month ago I received a letter stating that I would receive a check. It should have been in the bank on May 9th. Today is May 20th and no deposit. Why was't it deposited?

If you are going to get a check, that means you will not be getting it via direct deposit. which is why it is not in your bank.

you will have to wait till your turn in the check mailing process

with your last digits of your ssn, you should have your check by June 27th or shortly there after
