Filing taxes from prison

Dear sirs; are inmates in prisons allowed to file taxes , if they work in the prison system and taxes are taken out there?

If taxes are taken out than I would think you should file. What does everyone else in the prison do in regards to paying taxes?

That's correct - any money that you make is taxable. Prisons will usually have someone there to help them file taxes as well.
