Help, I lived in three different townships in 2007

I lived in three different townships and do not know how to fill out my local taxes.

I know that I will need to use three different forms. However I did not know if I woulld list my total gross wages on all three tax forms or would I need to pro rate the income I made while in each location?

I do not undersand the issue. For states that I have lived, I have never filed local taxes. Usually counties within a state have a property tax requirements, but that is independent of gross wages. Sometimes there is local tax withholding based by my employer, but they pay the local taxes.
I have never seen a requirement to file local taxes by an individual. Not sure this helps.
