Name forged on income tax return by ex-mother-in-law

My ex-husband, at the time he was my husband, allowed his mother to sign my name on our income tax returns at least one, possibly, twice; therefore, the taxes were sent in without my signature. This happened in the early 2000's. What legal rights, if any, do I have at this point?

OK you will have to prove you didn't know about this and you better let sleeping dogs lay still because if you want to get your own self in trouble also then stay away from this regardless ! this is a very bad and dangerous thing to do and ive seen this backfire also many times.
