Real Estate Taxes

I mailed my 2007 property tax payment on 12/17/07 (due 12/31/07). The check was not processed and the payment was not posted until 1/10/08. Can I still claim it on my 2007 tax return?

It was filed for your 2007 taxes, so yes, i think you should be able to use it on your 2007 tax return.
