Which State to File

I am from NC but have worked in AZ for all 2007 with the military. Can I file AZ Taxes or do I have to file NC?

You must file taxes in you home of record. Unless you became a resident like regestering to vote and change of drivers license.

Basically the way it is is that you file with your home of record. So wherever your driver's license is from is where you file. Most states don't make you pay state taxes if you are in the military and stationed outside of the state.
