I am filing a 8379
I am filing a injured spouse form to get my refund back. I did not know it was going to be required so it was not filed with the joint return.
Will I need to take a separate action to get my rebate back? All funds have be conficated to pay my husband's back child support: $264 Refund and $1200 rebate.
