If I take a deduction for my car on Line 9 of Schedule C, does that count as an itemized deduction?

I have already done my taxes, and I have not claimed my auto on Line 9 of Schedule C for a home business. Would that have counted as an itemized deduction? I have taken the standard deduction. Could I have claimed that to up my refund?

If you were reimbursed for your car expenses, you should not take them as a deduction.
