IF I WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY BACK MY TAXES LAST YEAR HOW DOES IT REFLEX ON MY TAXES THIS YEAR?

I FILED MY TAXES LAST YEAR AND I ENDED UP OWING BACK ABOUT $700.00 I WENT THROUGH A ROUGH TIME AND WAS NOT ABLE TO PAY. SO I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THAT IS GOING TO REFLEXT ON MY TAXES THIS YEAR. WILL IT JUST BE DEDUCTED OR ADDED TO MY TAXES THIS YEAR AUTOMATICLY?

If you owe money for back taxes or a student loan that you defaulted on they will take money from your tax return this year.
