I called at 1:00 and the wait "said" 10-15 mintues but was really 45 minutes! They are open from 8-5. I would call as close to 8:00 as possible so you don't have to wait so long because less people call early in the morning!

If you did not receive Stimulus check and IRS showing not eligible, but you are, who can you contact and get through? Phone numbers given say not
Taking calls. So what's the use of a phone number or phone line? Give me an e-mail address or phone number to contact a human

Yeah, I'd call early in the morning too. if you can find your answers on irs.gov you might be easier to get an answer that way.
did you file your 1040 or 1040a at tax time? you had to do that to become eilgable for the tax stimulus rebate.
